Nearly eight years ago, the world lost a revered comedic actor with the passing of Robin Williams.
Comedian Roger Kabler has been paying his own tribute to the comic’s unique genius with his poignant impressions and side-splitting routines in character as Williams. A true renaissance man, he captures the heart, soul and humor of the great comedian and actor. Along with being one of the finest comedy impressionists in the country, he is a talented actor and portrait artist.
Performing Live on Stage in the Ballroom, Roger is also offering a limited number of screening copies to support his new film “Being Robin”. Those wishing to have even more fun can get a limited copy of the movie by donating just $15 to help support the film. He will be signing autographs, doing photo ops – and on Saturday at 2:00 pm – channeling Robin Williams live on stage.
Experience the greatest moments from a career that lasted a lifetime yet ended too soon as Roger explores the laughter and heart wrenching scenes that Robin is famous for delivering.
From Robin’s stand up routines and his improv genius to his timeless performances as Mork or Mrs Doubtfire, Genie or the Old Man, the characters will jump off the screen as Roger portrays the emotion and comedy of genius live on sage. Roger was a regular on the last Carol Burnett series in 1991 and Variety magazine calls him “an astounding impressionist”.
